That really depends on you and what you're ready to commit to. I'm here to encourage and gently nudge you in the right direction but it's never my intention to scare people away from their potential. If you can only tolerate one day a week to start and you know you can keep that promise to yourself, then that's the frequency for you. Eventually, if I'm doing my job well, you'll grow to love your progress and be hungry for more.
Great question! My rate is $90 per hour. At the end of each month we'll tally up your sessions and I'll send you an invoice.
*If you really want to work together and this price is a barrier, talk to me personally and we may be able to work something out that's equitable for both of us. I understand personal training is a luxury and an investment in oneself. If I can make it a little more accessible for you, I'll do what I can.
Understandable! Things happen. I have a 24 hour policy. If you contact me and cancel your session 24 hours before your session starts, we can go ahead and cancel. If you are within the 24 hour window, you will still be charged for this session. I will however give you the opportunity to reschedule and no sessions will be lost if we are able to find an agreeable time. I keep some spots open in my schedule for such an occasion, ideally I'd like to find something that works for you.

Short answer is, sometimes. I'm sure you can understand, I don't want to be running around like a crazy woman and burn myself out. I will do a house call if I can and I'm happy to do it when I can. It never hurts to ask.
