Hey! I'm Kasi.
My grandma always used to say, “There’s nowhere you’ve gotta be fast,” and that’s an ideology I carry with me in life, especially when it comes to exercise. I like to take it slow and work out any kinks you might have before jumping into the deep end. But don’t be fooled – slower doesn’t mean easy! I’ll still push you within your limits and make sure the workout is challenging and effective.
Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up, I specialize in making exercise fun, non-intimidating, and totally accessible. Together, we’ll unlock your full potential and accomplish things you never thought possible. Let’s work together and help you feel amazing – inside and out!
My interests? My two amazing cats, Bow and Arrow. I know, so cute. I love bike riding and gardening in the summer. I love to cook. When I have the time I try to make something new and elaborate. I dabble in boxing and attend the occasional yoga class. My preferred form of exercise is weightlifting. I grew up athletic and I like to maintain the ability to move like an athlete so I do attend CrossFit classes when I have the time.
While I do love being strong, ultimately, I want to move well and keep moving for as long as possible and I'd like to help you do the same.

Hi, I'm Jasmine! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience in bariatric surgery, clinical nutrition, and public health. I specialize in weight management, chronic disease prevention, and helping people build sustainable habits that support long-term health and well-being. Many of my clients come to me for guidance with weight loss, managing conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure, or simply wanting to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their everyday lives.
I’m passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and exercise. My approach blends evidence-based care with compassion, empowerment, and mindful eating practices. I believe nutrition should enhance your life — helping you feel good, not weighed down by guilt, rigid rules, or extreme restriction.
As a full-time working mom of a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old, I understand firsthand how hard it can be to juggle competing priorities. It’s easy to put your own health on the back burner when life gets busy. While it isn’t always possible to "do it all," with the right perspective and realistic strategies, it is possible to find a sustainable balance that supports your goals without sacrificing what matters most.
Outside of spending time with my family, you’ll find me enjoying a good cup of coffee (a must with two little ones!), reading, traveling, trying new foods, practicing yoga, and strength training. I wasn’t always athletic growing up, but over time I’ve learned to appreciate my body — especially after pregnancy and motherhood — for all it can do. Now I move and fuel my body not to chase an ideal, but to feel strong, energized, and capable.
Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential. When you prioritize your own well-being, you show up stronger for the people around you. I know it can feel daunting at first, but like I tell my 5-year-old when he tries something new, 'You can do hard things.' But you don't have to do them alone. I’m here to help, so let me help you get started today.
Hey there, I'm Anya!
I'm a clinical mental health therapist offering virtual therapy to adults in Illinois. In my work, I find that often our most frustrating struggles come from the ways in which we kept ourselves safe and protected in the past. These options may no longer be suited to you, and we can be grateful to your past self for finding solutions while also developing new options that cause less distress and harm. Together we can identify your values, the core beliefs holding you back, your needs, and your desires to build a life more authentic to your true self.
If you'd like to discuss working together, I offer free 15-minute consultation calls before booking our first intake sessions so we can get a sense of each other and determine fit. Feel free to reach out through my group practice's site

Pursuing therapy demonstrates a willingness to grow, heal, and change. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.
As a therapist my intention is to guide and support your journey in healing, working to help you unpack and let go of things that are getting in the way of being the best version of yourself. Together we’ll create a space that feels safe enough to look at the fears, doubts, insecurities, and worries that hold you back from creating a life that’s purposeful, joyful, connected, and fully you.
Being an adult, in many ways, is like learning how to parent yourself. For those who have had childhoods filled with uncertainty, instability, abuse, and trauma, navigating adulthood can feel especially challenging. Without a model and space to learn the skills that were lacking, we can feel stuck. Therapy can provide a path to tools for learning how to express yourself, set relational boundaries, and navigate life challenges without either shutting down or going into overdrive.
My approach is informed by inner child work, internal family systems, somatic therapy, CBT, solution focused, and family system models. I have experience working with complex trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression, and family systems. I work primarily with adults on concerns related to self-esteem, childhood trauma, interpersonal issues, family dynamics, and identity exploration.
